Wijaya Undu Flour is ground urad dal (black gram), the flour behind crisp undu wade, the lacy Jaffna-style hoppers and a softer thosai batter. The whole grains are screened, washed and dried before milling to remove impurities, then milled hygienically and packed in laminated pouches to keep the flour fresh for longer.

How to use
Whisk with water into a thick batter for wade, or add a spoonful to hopper and thosai batter for lift. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
