Originally registered as Lakpura Travels in January 2008, the company was renamed Lakpura Leisure (Pvt) Ltd as the team grew beyond ground transfers into curated stays, wildlife safaris, wellness retreats and bespoke private tours. The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority has accredited us as a tour operator since 2010, and we are members of SLAITO — the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators.
Our office sits twenty minutes from Colombo, the country's commercial and cultural capital. Every booking, every change request and every late-night airport pickup is handled by the same small in-country team — not a call-centre on the other side of the world.
