Wijaya Red Fish Curry Powder is a chilli-red whole-spice mix for the hot, sour Sri Lankan fish curry. The spices are cleaned, roasted and milled under close supervision to keep their traditional taste, then packed in laminated pouches.

- Chilli (Capsicum annuum)
- Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
- Coriander (Coriandrum sativum)
- Cumin seed (Cuminum cyminum)
- Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
- Mustard (Sinapis alba)
- Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
- Garlic (Allium sativum)
- Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
- Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
- Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum)
- Curry leaves (Murraya koenigii)
- Rampe, pandan leaf (Pandanus amaryllifolius)
How to use
Rub raw fish with the powder, salt and goraka, then simmer in a little water or thin coconut milk until the gravy thickens. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
