Wijaya Roasted Chilli Powder is made from cleaned dried chillies of the new crop, roasted in an electric roaster with a little cumin, garlic, cinnamon, curry leaves and rampe and milled under close supervision. The roast gives a darker colour and smoky depth, ideal for fish, meat and some vegetable curries.

- Chilli (Capsicum annuum), new crop
- Cumin seed (Cuminum cyminum)
- Garlic (Allium sativum)
- Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
- Curry leaves (Murraya koenigii)
- Rampe, pandan leaf (Pandanus amaryllifolius)
How to use
Use in black and red meat and fish curries, alongside roasted curry powder. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
