Wijaya Goraka Paste is goraka (Garcinia), the smoky, sour dried fruit of Sri Lankan cooking, ground with salt and ready to use. It does the work of soaked and pounded goraka in a fish ambul thiyal, a sour fish curry or a black pork curry.

How to use
Stir a teaspoon or two into the spices for fish or meat curries in place of whole goraka; taste before adding more salt. Refrigerate after opening.
