Wijaya Pepper Seeds are whole black peppercorns of grade 1 pepper grown in the Kandy and Matale districts, partly from the company's own cultivation. They are checked for fungal infestation and other impurities, cleaned with modern equipment and packed in a laminated food-grade bag to keep them fresh.

How to use
Grind fresh over food, crush for a black pepper curry (gammiris), or add whole to stocks and pickles. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
