Wijaya Pepper Powder is ground from grade 1 black pepper grown in the Kandy and Matale districts. The peppercorns are checked for fungal infestation and other impurities before grinding, and the powder is packed in laminated pouches to protect its freshness.

How to use
Season curries, soups, eggs and stir-fries; it is the heat in a Sri Lankan pepper chicken or devilled dish. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
