Wijaya Fenugreek Seeds are cleaned with modern equipment under the company's food safety system and packed in a laminated food-grade bag to keep them fresh. Fenugreek (uluhal) is used in small amounts: a pinch thickens and flavours fish curries, white curries (kiri hodi) and dhal.

How to use
Use a pinch; fry briefly in oil or simmer in the curry. Too much tastes bitter. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
