Wijaya Turmeric Powder is ground from turmeric tubers in a mill made for turmeric, under strict hygienic conditions, and packed in laminated pouches to keep it fresh. It gives Sri Lankan white curries, dhal and yellow rice their colour.

How to use
Add a little at the start of cooking; a quarter to half a teaspoon colours a curry for four. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
