Dad's Garden Chilli Pineapple Sauce is made by MA's Kitchen under its Dad's Garden label. It pairs sweet with spicy: pineapple makes up 12% of the recipe and chilli 2%, with ginger, mustard, turmeric and garlic in a vinegar base.
The maker likes it with hot pastries and roast pork, and uses it to make a sweet and sour stir-fry. It also works as a dip for snacks or a glaze for grilled meats, and it is ready to use straight from the bottle with no cooking needed. This bottle holds 260ml.
