Malwatte Black Cracked Pepper is coarsely cracked black pepper, packed in a 50g printed card carton. It comes from Malwatte Valley Plantations, which processes and packs spices in its own factory.
Malwatte Valley Plantations has grown pepper since 2011, and the maker says the International Pepper Community named it Sri Lanka's largest pepper grower in 2016. Cracked pepper is coarser than powder, so it gives bite and texture.

Storage
Once opened, move the black cracked pepper into an airtight jar, or keep the carton tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
