Wijaya Mustard Powder is ground mustard seed, packed in laminated pouches to keep its freshness and sharp flavour. In Sri Lanka it goes into achcharu pickles, seeni sambol and the mustard-tempered fish and vegetable dishes.

- 100% ground mustard (Sinapis alba)
How to use
Mix with vinegar for pickles, or add to curries and dressings. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
