Malwatte Black Peppercorns is whole black peppercorns, packed in a 50g printed card carton. It comes from Malwatte Valley Plantations, which processes and packs spices in its own factory.
Malwatte Valley Plantations has grown pepper since 2011, and the maker says the International Pepper Community named it Sri Lanka's largest pepper grower in 2016. The berries are dried until they turn black and wrinkled.

Storage
Once opened, move the black peppercorns into an airtight jar, or keep the carton tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
