Wijaya Cardamom pods come from the company's own cultivation. They are cleaned with modern equipment under the company's food safety system and packed in a laminated food-grade bag under strict hygienic conditions to keep them fresh.
Cardamom is the sweet, floral spice of Sri Lankan biriyani, milk rice sweets, watalappan and spiced tea; bruise a few pods and add them whole to rice and curries, or grind the seeds.
