BOP, Broken Orange Pekoe, is a small broken leaf that brews quickly.
How to brew
Use one level teaspoon, about 2 g, per cup of freshly boiled water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. A shorter steep keeps the cup light.
Storage
Keep the leaf sealed in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells.
