About this experience
Поднимитесь на борт вашей приватной лодки и отправьтесь через спокойные соленые воды лагуны Калпитии — обширного водоема площадью 126 квадратных миль, граничащего с национальным парком Вилпатту на северо-западном побережье Шри-Ланки. На протяжении четырех часов вы будете скользить мимо солевых испарительных прудов, дальних песчаных дюн, креветочных ферм и небольших рыбацких деревушек, в то время как открытые леса, кокосовые пальмы и болотистые земли обрамляют берег. Опытный натуралист присоединится к вам на борту с биноклем, указывая на флору, фауну и птиц — эндемичные и обычные виды — которые обитают в лагуне.
Два из четырех часов посвящены наблюдению за птицами и изучению экосистемы мангровых зарослей вблизи, причем натуралист направляет вас через то, что легко упустить без тренированного глаза. Пикник-завтрак или обед и вода включены, где применимо. Это полностью приватный вид деятельности, проводящийся на английском языке, с минимальным возрастом пять лет.
