Wijaya Chinese Noodles are plain wheat noodles made with wheat flour and salt and packed in laminated pouches to keep them fresh for a long time. They are the noodles for a Sri Lankan fried noodles with vegetables, egg or chicken.

How to use
Boil for a few minutes until tender, drain and rinse, then stir-fry with vegetables, egg or meat and season with soy or chilli paste.
