MA's Kitchen Soy Ginger Wok Sauce is a ready base for stir-fries, combining the savoury, umami richness of soy with the fresh, zesty warmth of ginger. Star anise, chilli and pepper add fragrance, and garlic, vinegar and sesame round out the flavour.
The sauce is designed to take the guesswork out of a wok dish: cook your chosen meat, seafood or vegetables, pour in the sauce and toss until everything is glossy and coated. It suits noodles and fried rice as well as a quick vegetable stir-fry. The 160g pack is sized for home cooking, enough for a family meal or two. If you enjoy Asian-style cooking but want a dependable, balanced sauce on hand, this is a practical one to keep in the cupboard.
