Lifetone Garlic Honey Tea is a Sri Lankan herbal infusion made from powdered garlic blended with lime and honey, presented in a box of twenty sachets, each weighing 1.5 grams. The blend brings together three ingredients long valued in Ayurvedic tradition, and the product is formally registered under the Department of Ayurveda in Sri Lanka. It is manufactured by Possible Green (Pvt) Ltd at their facility in Killinochchi, in the north of the island.
The composition is straightforward: garlic and lime in powdered form, combined with honey, and packed into individual sachets sized for a single cup. The pack declares a range of naturally occurring nutrients within the blend — carbohydrates, protein, fat, and dietary fibre — alongside minerals including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, and zinc, and vitamins A, B, and C. Preparation takes only a few minutes. Place one sachet in a cup, pour freshly boiled water over it, and allow it to infuse for at least two minutes.
