The Sinharaja Forest Reserve is one of Sri Lanka’s renowned low country rainforests now designated as a UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage site in the Deniyaya District. The estate is reputed to have an annual production of 855,000 kilogrammes of tea.
