Wijaya Cloves come from the company's own cultivation. They are cleaned with modern equipment under the company's food safety system and packed in a laminated food-grade bag under strict hygienic conditions to keep them fresh.
Cloves are strong, so a few go a long way: add them whole to biriyani, meat curries, pickles and spiced tea, or grind them into a home-made curry powder.
