About this experience
El Parque Nacional de Udawalawe se encuentra en la zona seca del sur de Sri Lanka y es uno de los lugares más confiables del país para avistar grandes manadas de elefantes asiáticos en praderas abiertas. El parque también limita con el Embalse de Udawalawe, cuyas orillas atraen búfalos de agua, cocodrilos y una variedad de aves acuáticas, lo que hace que un único circuito por el parque sea gratificante en varios hábitats diferentes.
El safari dura tres horas y cubre las principales zonas de vida silvestre del parque a bordo de un jeep 4x4 compartido con un máximo de cinco pasajeros más. Su conductor también es un rastreador experimentado que lee el paisaje y los signos de los animales para brindar la mejor oportunidad de encuentros significativos con la vida silvestre.
