We pack and send every order from our warehouse in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This page explains how we deliver, how long it takes, and who pays what.
These are the real delivery times of the international courier parcels we sent over the last 12 months (18 October 2025 to 17 October 2026), measured from the day the courier collected the parcel to the day it was delivered.

At checkout we show 7 to 14 days for tracked international delivery. That window covers the time we need to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier, the journey itself, and customs clearance in your country. As the figures above show, most parcels arrive well inside it.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Times shown are for major cities; remote or outlying addresses can take a few days longer. Delivery can also be delayed by:

Most items can be delivered internationally. We do not send liquids or perishable items abroad, individual items may carry their own restrictions, and some goods cannot be imported into certain countries. In particular, we do not deliver Ayurvedic products that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to addresses in the United States.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country are payable by you, the customer. They are not included in the prices or delivery charges you pay us.
We pay all costs of exporting your order from Sri Lanka: export packaging, export customs clearance, and the freight to your country.
Orders to addresses in Sri Lanka are delivered by our courier partner CityPak, to the address on your order, island-wide. You get a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.
A delivery charge applies, based on your location and the weight of the package, as set out in our domestic delivery rates. CityPak usually delivers within 1–3 working days of dispatch; remote areas can take longer.
Carriers charge for the space a package takes up as well as for what it weighs. We work out both the actual weight and the volumetric (size-based) weight of your package, and the charge is based on whichever is higher:
For example, a 40 × 30 × 20 cm box has a volumetric weight of 4.8 kg. If it actually weighs 2 kg, it is charged as 4.8 kg.
If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and its contents — see our refund policy. If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived 14 days after the end of the delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
