About this experience
Udawalawe National Park ligger i den torra zonen i södra Sri Lanka och är ett av landets mest tillförlitliga ställen för att se stora flockar av asiatiska elefanter i öppen gräsmark. Parken gränsar också till Udawalawe Reservoir, vars stränder lockar till sig vattenbufflar, krokodiler och en mängd vattenfåglar, vilket gör en enda rundtur genom parken givande över flera olika habitat.
Safarin pågår i tre timmar och täcker parkens viktigaste viltzon ombord på en 4x4-jeep som delas med högst fem andra passagerare. Din förare är också en erfaren spårare som läser landskapet och djurspår för att ge bästa möjlighet till meningsfulla viltmöten. Entrébiljetter ordnas genom Lakpura i förväg, så det finns ingen anledning att ställa sig i kö vid grinden vid ankomsten.
Kostnadsfri upphämtning och avlämning tillhandahålls för alla platser inom 5 km från parkgrinden. För dem som bor längre bort är transporter bortom denna radie tillgängliga mot en extra avgift.
