Kandy Village Walk with a Local

Step out of Kandy and into one of Sri Lanka's quietest rural villages on this private, 5.5-hour walking tour with your English-speaking chauffeur guide. Your air-conditioned vehicle collects you directly from your Kandy hotel, then you stroll village lanes, meeting locals and observing the crops they tend. Watch jaggery being made from palm sap, then follow the path down to the riverbank for a refreshing dip in cool, flowing water alongside villagers.
