Climb into a private safari jeep and spend three hours exploring Kumana National Park, one of Sri Lanka's most rewarding birdwatching destinations. Your knowledgeable guide reads the landscape as you move through the park — spotting resident species that stay year-round alongside the migratory birds that arrive each winter to nest in the wetlands and lagoons. With a maximum of six passengers per jeep, sightlines are unobstructed and stops are taken at your pace.
Lakpura arranges this as a fully private outing, so commentary is tailored to your group's interests and experience level. Children aged five and above are welcome. Gratuities and food or drink are not included, so bring water and snacks for the morning. Park entry fees may apply separately — confirm at booking.
