Ghee with Dates Mixture (elagithel saha rata indi mishranaya) is a traditional Sri Lankan pairing from Sewanagala Ayurveda: whole dates steeped in cow's ghee in a glass jar. The ghee sets around the fruit at room temperature and softens again in the warmth.

How to use
The maker suggests one date with a teaspoon of the ghee, morning and evening. Use a dry spoon and keep the lid closed.
