Malwatte Curry Powder is Sri Lankan curry powder, an unroasted ground spice blend, packed in a 100g printed card carton. It comes from Malwatte Valley Plantations, which processes and packs spices in its own factory.
This is the plain, unroasted blend, lighter in colour and milder than roasted curry powder. Sri Lankan cooks reach for it in vegetable, lentil and other everyday curries.
