Walk into Anawilundawa Bird Sanctuary, one of Sri Lanka's six RAMSAR Wetland sites, where three ecosystems — coast, mangroves, and freshwater tanks — meet within metres of each other. Situated in the Puttalam district between Chilaw and Puttalam, this private two-hour guided walk takes you through nesting and breeding grounds for hundreds of bird species.
