- Cancellations must be made in writing by you or your travel agent.

- No refunds will be given for unused services once the rental has started.
- If refunds are processed via international bank transfer, all bank fees must be borne by the customer.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking date or in the case of no-shows.
