The rental does not include hotel pick-up and drop-off, food or drinks, gratuities, or personal expenses.
The client is responsible for returning the bike in the same condition as received.
Cancellations must be made in writing by you or your travel agent.
Cancellations are effective from the date the written notice is received.
No refunds will be given for unused services once the rental has started.
If refunds are processed via international bank transfer, all bank fees must be borne by the customer.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking date or in the case of no-shows.
