Mabroc matcha is made from shade-grown green tea leaves ground to a fine powder, with no additives. The 50g carton makes about 50 cups at 1g each, and the taste is smooth and fresh.
To prepare: put half a teaspoon (1g) in a cup, add a little hot water at about 80°C (not boiling), whisk or stir until smooth and frothy, then top up with hot water or milk. Packed in Sri Lanka. More from Mabroc.
