Rooibos is not tea leaf at all. It is the red bush of South Africa, and this George Steuart blend is 100% herbal, so the cup is naturally caffeine-free.
It brews a reddish amber infusion with a mild, rounded taste, and it can be drunk hot or poured over ice.

How to brew
Put one bag in a cup and pour on freshly boiled water. Leave it for about 5 minutes; rooibos does not turn bitter quickly, so a longer steep is fine. For an iced drink, brew at double strength and pour it over ice.
Storage
Fold the pack closed and keep it in a cool, dry place away from strong smells.
