If you go for a morning safari, we will automatically provide you a breakfast packet. You just need to tell us the day before at what time you leave the hotel with the jeep. Also, if you want to go for a full day safari or a afternoon safari, we can provide you a lunch or snack packet too.

Now that you have visited the Yala National Park or Bundala or Udawalawe, you might want to do something here in Tissa in addition to the resting time you will have at the hotel.

You can rent our bikes for a ride by the Tissa lake which will offer you a wonderful scene when the sun goes down. The bats also make it special as they all gather in the huge trees nearby. They all fly together crowding the sky for few minutes and the pleasure of nature watchers. Not to mention the four other big lakes of Tissa.
The "Tissa Croisette" as we like to call it at the Blue Turtle Hotel is also perfect for the sportspersons who would like to run or workout. At sunset, the weather and the view make it really pleasant.
If you look around, you will also see the Dagoba of Tissa which is a Bouddhist temple you can visit to have a moment of spirituality and empty your mind.
