Starten Sie von Kalpitiya aus auf einem privaten, fünfstündigen Vogelbeobachtungsspaziergang durch das Anawilundawa-Schutzgebiet – eines von nur sechs RAMSAR-Feuchtgebieten in Sri Lanka. Das Schutzgebiet liegt zwischen der Küste und der Eisenbahnlinie Chilaw–Puttalam in der Nordwestprovinz an der Schnittstelle von drei unterschiedlichen Ökosystemen: offene Küste, Mangrovenwald und Süßwassertanks. Ihr sachkundiger Führer leitet den Spaziergang, zeigt Arten auf und teilt Einblicke in den Feuchtlebensraum mit, während Sie das Gebiet erkunden. Der Transfer zu und von Kalpitiya erfolgt mit einem klimatisierten Fahrzeug, und Eintrittskarten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Kinder ab fünf Jahren sind willkommen.
