Built in 1884 during the days of the British Raj by pioneering Scottish planters, the property has retained its colonial charm throughout, carefully updated with modern-day amenities while preserving the character that more than a century of history has lent it.

An extensive front lawn opens out to sweeping views of rolling green hills, and the cooler air of Sri Lanka's Tea Country lends every hour spent here a particular sense of calm.
