A road map of Sri Lanka, produced in Sinhala by the Colombo publisher M. D. Gunasena & Co. The text throughout is Sinhala — place names, labels and any accompanying matter — so a buyer outside Sri Lanka should be comfortable reading Sinhala script before ordering.
The map sets out the island's main road network together with provincial and district boundaries, and marks towns and villages across the country. In other words, it covers the country at the level most people need when working out how one place connects to another: the through routes, the administrative divisions they cross, and the settlements along the way.
