Ceylon Supreme is the Hyson range of single-region teas. This one is from the Uva district. Uva teas are full-bodied, with a distinctive flavour of their own.
100g of loose black tea in a tin with a gold lid. Use one teaspoon of leaf for a cup of about 220ml and steep for three to five minutes. For iced tea, double the strength. It also comes in a 200g tin; see more from Hyson.
