A single-ingredient powder from Bowatte, made from lemon and nothing else. It is pale and sharp-tasting, and keeps the sour, citrus flavour of fresh lemon in a dry form that stores well in the cupboard.
What is in it
- 100% lemon
How it is used
- Stirred into water to make a lemon drink
- Added by the teaspoon to tea or a smoothie
- Used to give a tangy note to sauces, dressings and marinades
In the pack
One 50g pack of powder.
Storage
Close the pack after each use and keep it in a cool, dry place; the powder can clump if it takes up moisture.
Read the label before use, and ask a doctor or an Ayurvedic physician first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care.
