Ancient Nutra turmeric latte mix is a spiced powder for golden milk, the warm turmeric drink long made in Sri Lankan and Indian homes. It blends ground turmeric with Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, vanilla, a little chilli and black pepper.
The pack is marked vegan, gluten free and non-GMO, and the drink can be made with any milk you like.
Ingredients
Turmeric powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla powder, cardamom powder, chilli powder and black pepper powder, as printed on the pack.
How to use
The maker's directions: mix 1 to 2 teaspoons with your choice of milk (almond, coconut or dairy) in a saucepan, heat gently while stirring, then pour into a mug and sweeten with honey if you like. For a cold latte, blend the mix with milk and ice.
Storage
After opening, seal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place.
