Sarsaparilla from Ancient Nutra, a herbal supplement of 60 capsules. This is Sri Lankan sarsaparilla, known in Sinhala as iramusu (Hemidesmus indicus), a twining plant whose root has an earthy, slightly sweet taste and is a long-standing herb of Sinhala Ayurveda.
Each capsule holds 500mg of ground iramusu root. The maker sources it from wild-grown and small-farm plants in Sri Lanka.

How to take
