Power Coffee + Ashwagandha from Ancient Nutra is a blend of coffee powder and ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root powder, in a 100g black stand-up pouch. It is real coffee and contains caffeine.
Ashwagandha, a root of Ayurveda, adds an earthy note to the cup.
Ingredients
- 100% natural ashwagandha powder and coffee powder
The pack is labelled non GMO, gluten free, natural and vegan.
How to use
- Mix one to two teaspoons with warm water
- Add milk or creamer and sweetener to taste
- Serve hot, or pour over ice with milk for an iced coffee, or use as a smoothie base
The maker suggests a one week break after every 8 to 12 weeks of daily use, and because of the ashwagandha does not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
After opening, seal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place.
