Ancient Nutra turmeric powder is the dried, ground root of turmeric (Curcuma longa), grown in Sri Lanka on small organic farms. It is a staple of Sri Lankan curries and gives rice and many dishes their golden yellow colour.
The maker describes it as organic and non-irradiated, and the jar carries a '100% Organic' mark. Each jar comes from a recent crop, so the colour can vary a little from batch to batch.

How to use
