Ancient Nutra Horse Chestnut Extract is a herbal supplement made from a seed extract of the horse chestnut tree (Aesculus hippocastanum), the European tree whose shiny brown seeds are known as conkers. The raw seeds, bark, flowers and leaves are not safe to eat; only a prepared extract is taken.

How to use
The maker's directions: one to two capsules a day with a meal. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. The maker advises against use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and asks you to speak to a doctor before taking it for longer than 12 weeks.
Storage
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
