Ancient Nutra Gurmar is a herbal supplement made from Gymnema sylvestre, a woody climbing plant known in Sinhala as masbedda and long used in Sinhala Ayurveda. The maker says each capsule holds the ground plant powder only, from small-scale farms in Sri Lanka.

How to use
