Once you alight, follow the railway tracks on a short hike up to the bungalow, explore its storied rooms, and stroll the well-kept gardens before settling into a picnic lunch amid the surrounding tea fields.
The full day runs nine and a half hours, giving you unhurried time at the bungalow before you retrace the route by train back to Ella.
