Question 3

Where is cauliflower grown in Sri Lanka?

Accepted Answer

Cauliflower is primarily cultivated in Sri Lanka's upcountry hill regions, especially around Nuwara Eliya and Badulla, where cool temperatures and higher elevations replicate the temperate conditions the crop requires. Question 4

What are the health benefits of cauliflower?

Accepted Answer

Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, choline, and dietary fibre.
