Dried mint flakes from Malwatte, packed in a flat printed sachet that holds 10g. Mint leaves are dried and broken into flakes that keep the fresh, cool flavour of the herb for the store cupboard.
Dried mint is stronger than fresh, so start with a little. Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC has exported since 1992 and processes and packs its spices in its own factories, which hold ISO 22000 certification.
In the pack

In the kitchen

- Make a mint sauce with vinegar and sugar for lamb
