Wasantha Kuruppu sets out how the chart is arranged and where the planets are placed in it. From there the book turns to the results each planet is held to give according to its placement, both the auspicious and the inauspicious.
The text is entirely in Sinhala, with no English translation, so a reading knowledge of the language is needed. It is published in Colombo by M. D. Gunasena & Co. (Pvt) Ltd, a long-established Sri Lankan publisher and bookseller issuing titles in Sinhala and English.
