How it is used
- Face paste: a small amount mixed with water or bee honey, applied to the face for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinsed off with lukewarm water
- Hair rinse: steeped in warm water, strained and poured over the hair after washing
- In drinks: the maker suggests half a teaspoon added to tea or a smoothie, once a day, or as an Ayurvedic physician advises

Keep closed in a cool, dry place away from light, which fades the colour.
